1. Who we are

Smil3 is a 24/7 international dental tourism concierge. We help adults explore treatment options abroad, understand guide pricing, and request a consultation pathway. We are not a dental practice, hospital, or regulated healthcare provider. Clinical care — if you proceed — is delivered solely by independent accredited surgical centres under their own terms.

2. White-label positioning

Patient-facing Smil3 properties are white-label. We do not name partner clinics on the public site and we do not publish clinic phone numbers here. Any introduction to a surgical centre happens through our concierge process after you show clear intent.

3. No medical advice

Content on this site — including guide prices, savings comparisons, FAQs, and automated WhatsApp replies — is for general information only. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or recommendation that you travel or undergo any procedure. Always obtain independent clinical advice before making health or travel decisions.

4. Guide pricing

Prices shown are indicative guide figures for planning. Final quotes depend on clinical assessment, imaging, materials, travel dates, and the surgical centre’s own package terms. Currency conversions and savings examples are illustrative and may change without notice.

5. Enquiries and WhatsApp

When you submit a lead form, Meta lead ad, or WhatsApp message, you ask us to contact you about dental tourism options. You confirm the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use that phone number or email. Automated replies may be used; a human may take over when needed.

You must not use our channels to send unlawful, abusive, spam, or deceptive content, or to attempt to access systems or data without permission.

6. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults (18+) who can enter into agreements under applicable law. You are responsible for travel documents, visas, insurance, and fitness to fly.

7. Intellectual property

Smil3 branding, site design, copy, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. Third-party services

Messaging may involve Meta / WhatsApp and other infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party networks.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free automation, or that any particular surgical centre, outcome, or price will be available.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, travel disruption, or clinical outcomes arising from treatment provided by third-party centres. Our aggregate liability arising from site or concierge use is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us directly for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim (if any), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Smil3 against claims arising from your misuse of the services, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our unlawful conduct.

12. Changes and suspension

We may update these Terms, or suspend or modify the site or messaging services, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
